Your Role:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a bridge between customers and technical teams.
- Develop strategic sales programs to exceed revenue targets and drive market expansion.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data within a CRM system.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge technologies in molecular biology, proteomics, and related disciplines to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field application scientists and inside sales, to support customer success.
- Regular travel within the assigned region, engaging clients through both virtual and in-person meetings.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of five years in technical sales, managing multiple geographic regions.
- Proven track record of success in industrial or academic sales.
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
- Expertise in CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A results-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays.
