Territory Sales Specialist – Proteomics (Germany or UK, Remote)

We’re seeking an Executive Sales Specialist to spearhead commercial growth in proteomics across Europe, with a focus on expanding market reach, driving revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of multi-omics technologies.

Your Impact:

  • Market Expansion & Sales Growth – Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive commercial success in proteomics across key European markets.
  • Strategic Leadership – Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute regional growth strategies, ensuring the successful adoption of cutting-edge proteomics solutions.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement – Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in academia, biotech, and pharma, influencing purchasing decisions and market direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align commercial efforts with business objectives and market trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze market dynamics and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Sales Execution & Adoption – Support regional sales teams in implementing sales strategies, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals.
  • Executive Reporting – Provide regular insights and updates to senior leadership on market trends, sales performance, and growth initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Proven commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related sector, with a track record of driving sales success.
  • Deep understanding of proteomics and multi-omics (mass spectrometry, next-generation sequencing applications in proteomics, biomarker discovery).
  • Strategic mindset – ability to evaluate market opportunities, develop business cases, and execute commercial strategies.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills – able to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical specialists to senior executives.
  • Proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Flexibility to travel across Europe (up to 50%).
  • A results-driven, collaborative approach – comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and adapting to evolving market conditions.
