Sales Specialist – Bioprocessing (DACH, Remote)

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to support upstream bioprocessing and fluid management solutions , including single-use technologies, bioreactors, storage systems, and mixing solutions . In this role, you’ll work closely with account managers and technical teams , engaging directly with customers to provide expert guidance on product selection, process development, and implementation.
This is a remote role , with a preference for candidates based in Germany and easy access to key biotech hubs.
Your Role:
- Technical Sales & Consultancy – Support biopharma and biotech clients by providing technical expertise on upstream processing, single-use systems, and fluid management technologies .
- Customer Engagement & Process Optimization – Act as a trusted advisor, consulting on scalability, process efficiency, and regulatory considerations .
- Product Demonstrations & Training – Conduct pre-sales discussions, technical demonstrations, and hands-on training , ensuring customers get maximum value from their investment.
- Business Development & Market Growth – Identify new opportunities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland , contributing to sales pipeline growth and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, application scientists, and marketing teams to align business goals with customer needs.
- Territory & Account Management – Develop and execute a regional business plan, supporting key account managers in DACH biotech and pharmaceutical sectors .
What You Bring:
- Strong technical background in bioprocessing , with expertise in single-use systems, cell culture, bioreactors, or fluid management solutions .
- Experience in technical sales or applications support in the biotech, biopharma, or life sciences industry.
- Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers (e.g., process development teams, biomanufacturing leads, procurement).
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field .
- Experience in biopharma manufacturing, process development, or upstream applications .
