Senior Sales Specialist – Bioprocessing, Cellular Biology - Europe Are you a driven commercial professional with a strong technical background in bioprocessing and cell technologies ? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to lead business growth across Europe , working with some of the most influential names in life sciences . This is a strategic role for a highly consultative salesperson who can combine technical expertise with business acumen , shaping long-term partnerships that drive success.

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Account Development – Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, department heads, and procurement teams to secure long-term partnerships in bioprocessing and bioproduction .
  • Sales & Market Expansion – Lead high-value sales conversations focused on advanced cell culture, single-use filtration, cryopreservation, and bioreactor technologies .
  • Consultative Selling – Understand the evolving needs of pharmaceutical and biotech clients, presenting tailored solutions that maximize efficiency and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including applications specialists, product managers, and distribution partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Pipeline Growth & CRM Management – Identify new opportunities, track progress, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance .
  • Regulatory & Compliance Awareness – Stay ahead of industry regulations and quality standards to offer value-driven, compliant solutions .
  • Market Positioning & Competitive Strategy – Continuously assess market trends and competitor activity, adapting commercial strategies to maximize growth potential .

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience in life sciences, with a strong track record in bioprocessing, cell culture, or bioproduction technologies .
  • A scientific background (BSc or higher) in biotechnology, molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, or a related field .
  • A consultative sales mindset – able to translate technical solutions into commercial value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a proactive and strategic approach to business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience using data to inform sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills , with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Full work authorization in the UK and ability to travel extensively across  Europe .
