Focus of the Role / Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of an established multi-million-dollar territory
- Drive revenue growth through a combination of:
- Account expansion and cross-selling
- New business identification and closing
- Build and maintain a clear, structured sales pipeline, with visibility into deal progression
- Prioritize and manage a diverse customer base, balancing:
- Revenue retention
- Strategic growth opportunities
- Develop and execute a territory plan, including travel and customer engagement strategy
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align on commercial priorities and execution
- Engage customers across a technical and consultative sales cycle
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales within diagnostics, life sciences, or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow a territory
- Track record of closing business and generating new revenue
- Experience selling within a technical or consultative sales environment
- Exposure to customers in clinical, biotech, or pharma settings preferred
- Degree-level education with a basic scientific foundation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage pipeline, accounts, and priorities effectively
- A collaborative and energetic approach, aligned with a high-performing team culture
