A growing global life science tools organization is seeking a commercially minded scientific leader to drive growth across its Small Molecules & Peptides portfolio in North America.
This is a highly visible role for someone who understands drug discovery workflows and wants the opportunity to shape strategy, influence commercialization efforts, and make a direct impact within a collaborative, agile environment.
The position sits at the intersection of science, commercialization, customer engagement, and market strategy — ideal for someone who enjoys translating technical workflows into meaningful commercial growth initiatives.
This is not a purely tactical marketing role. The successful candidate will help drive market strategy, support product commercialization efforts, guide technical application priorities, and work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal technical stakeholders.
For someone coming from a larger organization, this opportunity offers significantly more ownership, visibility, and influence over both strategy and execution.
