We’re partnering with a global industry leader in the life sciences and diagnostics space that is looking for their newest Inside Sales Representative to their North American team.

This is an opportunity to step into a highly collaborative, team-driven environment and play a key role supporting commercial growth across a diverse customer base in their clinical and diagnostic workflows.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of science and sales.

You’ll work closely with a team of Account Managers to support and grow their customer base through account expansion, lead qualification, and targeted prospecting.

Unlike traditional high-volume cold calling roles, this position is focused on:

  • Identifying opportunities within existing and prior customer relationships
  • Supporting smaller, transactional accounts
  • Building a strong foundation in life sciences commercial sales

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Support multiple Account Managers across North America
  • Qualify and triage inbound and existing leads
  • Identify growth opportunities within current and previous customer accounts
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach (primarily email, limited cold calling)
  • Manage smaller, transactional sales cycles from initial contact to close
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical support and product teams
  • Build foundational knowledge of products, applications, and customer needs
What We’re Looking For?

We’re prioritizing candidates who bring a combination of commercial instinct and scientific curiosity .

  • 1–3 years of scientific sales experience is ideal  (life sciences, clinical, diagnostics, or related industries strongly preferred), open to relevant  exposure to customer-facing or commercial work
  • Scientific Degree (e.g., biology, biochemistry, life sciences) 
  • Experience with prospecting, lead qualification, or managing accounts
  • A basic understanding of biological tools (e.g., antibodies, assays, diagnostics applications)
