Are you a sales professional with a passion for groundbreaking technology and a drive to build something from the ground up?

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join a high-growth, investor-backed scientific instrumentation company launching its first commercial platform. This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of an emerging technology in the analytical chemistry space, selling a disruptive solution to customers in chemical manufacturing, CDMOs, and analytical instrumentation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting small molecule applications.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential customers, crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Drive new business growth and customer adoption, working autonomously in a self-driven role.
  • Educate and excite prospects about the novel technology, developing a go-to-market approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth sales cycles and technical adoption.
  • Operate in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment, helping shape the company’s market presence.

Who You Are:

  • Hunter mentality – comfortable in a greenfield sales environment where you’ll need to carve out your own success.
  • Strategic thinker – able to assess market opportunities and craft a clear roadmap for penetration.
  • Technically inclined – background in small molecules, analytical chemistry, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Scrappy and adaptable – experience in startups, new product launches, or breaking into new market segments is a major plus.
  • AI-savvy – comfortable using AI tools to enhance sales strategies and automate prospecting.
  • Experienced but agile – ideally 3-10 years in sales, with a proven track record of growing new business.

Your Background May Include:

  • A degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, economics, or a related field.
  • Sales experience in spectroscopy, Raman, FTIR, or similar analytical instrumentation.
  • Exposure to capital equipment sales in pharma, chemical manufacturing, or CDMO environments.

Why Join Us?

  • Equity opportunity – share in the company’s success as we scale.
  • Backed by strong investors – well-funded with a clear roadmap for expansion.
  • First-mover advantage – be part of a game-changing technology before the market catches on.
  • Growth & leadership potential – mentorship from top-tier professionals, with room to build a team.

This is not just another sales role—it’s a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of analytical chemistry. If you’re a risk-taker, ready to make an impact, and thrive in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment, we want to hear from you!

Apply today and be part of something truly transformative.
