Inside Sales Executive – Lead Generation and Product Launch

Are you a results-driven inside sales professional looking to be at the forefront of an exciting new product launch? We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive who excels in prospecting and lead generation. This role is pivotal in driving early-stage sales initiatives, with the opportunity to evolve immediately (or gradually) into a field-based position within the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation : Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying new sales leads. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, building a pipeline of potential customers, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Product Launch Support : Play a key role in the successful launch of our new product by driving interest and generating excitement in the market. You’ll engage early adopters and support the company's beta program, targeting prospects who are interested in cutting-edge technology leading up to the product launch.
  • Strategic Campaign Building : Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns. You’ll execute these initiatives to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales funnel.
  • Own the Sales Process : You’ll take ownership of initial customer interactions, from outreach to qualification. As you build confidence and authority, you’ll contribute to refining our messaging and sales strategy.
  • Collaborative Team Environment : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and senior sales leadership, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
  • Potential for Field Growth : While this role starts with a strong inside sales focus, there is flexibility for it to evolve into a more customer-facing, field-based position, depending on your desired career path.

What You Bring:

  • Inside Sales Expertise : You have experience in an inside sales role, particularly with lead generation, outbound prospecting, and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills : You excel in building rapport with prospects and have a persuasive yet consultative approach to sales.
  • Market and Product Knowledge:  You have managed a portfolio capital analytical lab equipment, or related instrumentation previously within the Life Science market; you understand the processes for longer, high value sales cycle.
  • Analytical and Results-Oriented : You’re comfortable with sales metrics and data-driven decision-making. You understand the importance of measuring outreach efforts and continuously optimizing to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to be part of a new product launch.
