- CRM & Pipeline Management – Keep meticulous records of interactions, opportunities, and deals to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Competitive Awareness – Stay informed about the evolving proteomics landscape to anticipate customer needs and industry trends.
What You Bring:
- A background in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field (a degree is great, but hands-on experience is just as valuable).
- Sales aptitude – whether you’re a seasoned inside sales professional or a scientist eager to transition into a commercial role, you know how to connect with people.
- A curious mindset – you enjoy learning about new technologies and can confidently discuss complex scientific concepts in a clear, engaging way.
- Strong communication skills – whether on the phone, over email, or in a virtual meeting, you know how to build trust and keep conversations flowing.
- CRM proficiency – experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus, but being organized and process-driven is what really matters.
- Resilience & drive – sales is a dynamic field, and you’re someone who stays motivated, adapts quickly, and pushes toward targets with enthusiasm.
